Nagin of Chocolate City fame was on the news this am...promoting his book....and saying they didn't get assistance for the Katrina right away because they were black...

He did say that he probably should have called for evacuation sooner....Which wasn't his job...

Send him a picture of the buses in the parking lot. And where was he when the levee broke??
