For instance about short term jobs, political witch hunts against AZ, the sheriff etc from the so called justice depot, etc etc etc etc

It was the GOP who developed the concept of infrastructure banks and other alternative methods of financing infrastructure. Many states have infrastructure banks.
As for the NIB, that began in the Senate in 2007. Pelosi brought it to the House in 2008 when she was trying to convince Bush that he needed a second stimulus that included highway infrastructure. Everybody likes to talk about the obama stimulus and nobody likes to talk about the Bush stimulus.
You still have this problem that the feds and the states have to find an alternative to the gasoline tax.
How? The Republicans speak out all the time but the media doesn't cover it. The Democrats say the Republicans never offer any ideas of their own. That is BS. The Democrats control the process and won't give the Republicans an opportunity to amend legislation and they ignore anything the Republicans try to introduce. When Republicans speak out on the floor no mention is made in the media, except Fox News.
Then many Republicans turn on their own, giving the Left a double victory.
