How dare you bring Fact and The Constitution into an emotional argument. It is this type of thinking that is ruining America, The very idea that We the People have any say as to what those words in the US Constitution actually mean is absurd, That is why we have The Congress and the Courts, to tell us what those words mean. Silly Serf’s

No one ever speaks of the VA loan. Why is that? I will be using my option to go VA with my next home purchase, which will be in the next 6 mos. This will be the last home I buy and the no money down is a nice option to have. Credit is not an issue and I could go either way. Of course that is if the interest rates are favorable.

Wow, there is at least one columnist in America who understands the US Constitution.

There are a lot of conservatives who despise Obama, but the fact remains the Democrats in Congress are mostly responsible for everything that has gone wrong the last four years.

If the GOP leadership had any balls or common sense, they should be running on their record. It is actually a pretty good record.

It is vastly superior to the train wreck that the Democrats have brought us.

There is a “right to pursue happiness.”

Really? You should tell that to Thomas Jefferson the next time you run into him.

Maybe you meant that there is no right to happiness which is true enough, but we are endowed by our creator with the right to pursue happiness.

I am continually amazed at the brilliant thinking of Thomas Sowell, I agree with everything he says ;>) Seriously, his main criticism of the Republicans is that they go along with the Democrats too much, that is what I have thought for years and years. The Republicans often act like the little brother of a bully, they may protest against what he wants to do but they are afraid to go against him.
