You were reminded of your father...You declined to correct some wording in your post.

I pointed out...you should take your father's advice. Which I'm fairly sure...didn't just deal with split infinitive's.

HG pointed out that American should have been pluralized; however, that was the author's mistake and I acknowledged it.
