If Muslims have the right to build their Mosque at ground zero- as Obambi pointed out... then the Pastor has the right to burn the Koran.

Both are freedoms under the Constitution.

I completely agree that this church has every right to burn the Koran. I don’t think it is wise however. There will be backlash not only for our military but for Americans and especially Christians worldwide. All this so some “pastor” can have his 15 minutes.

Yes. They are both Constitutionally protected.

And they are both wrong.

Inciting people to the point of violence is something that is hard for me to support.

The Westboro nuts came and picketed our church one time on a Sunday morning with signs showing stick figures engaging in sodomy (they actually had the wrong church, but that is another story). Imagine our kids walking past these signs and the reactions of some of the parents. It came very close to violence. As it was, we could not control some of the parents who got in their face telling them to “go back to h*ll”.
