Do you believe “moderate” islamo-cultists in islamic countries would come to the aid of a group trying to start a Christian church?
Their Imams had not yet evaluated such a situation. I’m sure by now they have come up with some exception clause that if a Muslim dies in a sufficiently “valiant” cause, physical contact with pork entrails will not spoil their supposed eternal reward.
A small quibble. We aren't to take vengeance, and we aren't to defend ourselves. But we ARE to defend the weak, the innocent, and the children.

All knowingly subscribe to Sharia which is a pillar of their societal structure.
When the founding fathers thought of America, their little baby, the last thing they wanted was an invasive force to stifle, smother it, and then overwhelm it and kill it.
Most people do not recognize that what happens in a mosque is sedition. Pure and simple. Islam is not just a “religion”, it is a cult. Larger than that though, it is a political system, it is it’s own government, a economic system (which includes funding new mosque construction), its judicial...all wrapped up in the word sharia. This is inclusive of its military (jihadis) all rolled into one with one intent ...and that is to rule wherever they take root. It is a invasive, systemic infection looking to take over the host once it has quantum.
This is not just a “religion”, but something that cloaks itself in those terms so it should not be given the same treatment contemplated under the first amendment. The Korans Sharia rules are to consume whatever government there is wherever it goes.
Islam is political, and it’s goal is to supplant and replace. Globally.

Obama? Obama and Company? Should be tried for treason in this issue for promoting the establishment of a foreign government on our soils. He is doing nothing to protect America as per his oath. Also, as a Muslim, he knows this, he know far better, he knows sharia, but is looking to deceive America.

Here’s another factor I haven’t heard mentioned. SINCE the musk is already being used as a musk, doesn’t that mean that it is now “Dar al’islam”? And once a property has become dar al’islam, don’t they claim that it can never go back to being dar al’harb?
This is outrageous. If we cave, it will only escalate Muslim demands for special perks. He is saying basically: If we object to anything the Muslims want, we will suffer. This country already is being Muslimized.

Maybe it’s not a threat, so much as a statement of fact. Do you disagree that moving Park 51 might cause a violent backlash among the nutjobs in the Islamic world? They seem to use any excuse to blow people up.

As a matter of official policy, the government either incinerates or dumps bibles, crosses and other Christian paraphernalia.
Hundreds of Christian worshipers are arrested every year by Saudi police in raids on their private gatherings. Bibles, crosses and printed materials are confiscated and later burnt or dumped into trash. Bibles and other Christian paraphernalia found with travelers into the country are confiscated and destroyed.
Although considered as holy in Islam and mentioned in the Koran dozens of times, the Bible is banned in Saudi Arabia, and is confiscated and destroyed by government officials.
