Nope!

States rights.

I wonder how many appreciate the grave threat to our republic much of the judiciary now represents.

Its no longer about an honest reading of the law, and hasn't for a long time.

I’m guessing it’s the housing portion that was ruled against. This was problematic from the beginning.

No matter what we do in this state, Philthadelphia has a hand in ruining it. On to the next round of appeals.

Time to start ignoring the courts. The courts are suppose to rule on the guilt or innocence of a person. They need to be stripped of there right to judge laws. Or least without putting such law “on Trial” with a jury. No judge should have this right.

Hazleton's Illegal Immigration Relief Act usurped the federal government's exclusive power to (refuse to) regulate immigration.

And by golly the feds damn well mean to keep exclusive power to not regulate ILLEGAL ALIENS.

They should be free range, like little chickens or something...

Hazleton used to be a quiet, safe town. People left their doors open at night. There is no industry there any more. I can’t figure out what all the illegals go there for except for free handouts from the government.

Hello....I use to live in Berwick..few miles from Hazleton. Would shop there, worked as sales Rep. in Humpbolt Industrial Park. Large population of Italians at that time...you are right nice community..close to Poconos as well.

Have watched these developments thru the courts but I suspect they knew the only thing this would do was slow down the immigration from the magnet the community had become. They needed this time I think...to get their ducks in a row...I doubt this will be the end of it though..my understanding is the public is enraged over their immigration problems and all they have brought to the community...they’ll like try another approach.

Hey, they aren't just "black robed tyrants", they are "Black tyrants" as well.

That's right: another Clinton apointee, another "Judge of Color" voiding the Constitution, preventing We The People from maintaining our communities, and working hand-in-hand with the Mexican invaders to disposses us of our country, our rights and our traditional liberty.

President Clinton nominated Judge McKee to the Third Circuit on March 22, 1994, to a seat vacated by A. Leon Higginbotham, Jr.. Judge McKee was confirmed by the United States Senate on June 8, 1994, and received his commission on June 9, 1994.

Judge McKee talking with Lisa Brown, Executive Director of the American Constitution Society.

98% chance he was an Obama voter!

Here is another judge walking all over local laws and servicing the distant far-left grievance groups that the Dems always take care of.

Court Favors Wolves, Endangers Elks, Moose and Humans.

Molloy was nominated to the District Court by President Bill Clinton on December 21, 1995, to a seat vacated by Paul Gerhart Hatfield. He was confirmed by the United States Senate on July 18, 1996, and received his commission on August 1, 1996. He served as chief judge from 2001-2008.

If they had to do without

For sixty days, they would be dead. Heck, even thirty. Those people live in a world detached from us. One inoculated only by dirty money and society "getting along" so long as the electricity is on.
