ALLENTOWN, Pa. A federal appeals court ruled Thursday that Hazleton, Pa., may not enforce its crackdown on illegal immigrants, dealing another blow to 4-year-old regulations that inspired similar measures around the country.
The 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Philadelphia said that Hazleton's Illegal Immigration Relief Act usurped the federal government's exclusive power to regulate immigration

The federal court just struck down the Constitution.
Nope!
States rights.
“He made the ruling, now let’s see him enforce it!”
Let ‘em have it, Mark!
Its no longer about an honest reading of the law, and hasn't for a long time.
I’m guessing it’s the housing portion that was ruled against. This was problematic from the beginning.

No matter what we do in this state, Philthadelphia has a hand in ruining it. On to the next round of appeals.
They O admin will just us the FBI, HS, and IRS to stop the town
We have to get these unwanted parasites out and our courts say no,So they are responsible for any damages and deaths from these things then.
Time to start ignoring the courts. The courts are suppose to rule on the guilt or innocence of a person. They need to be stripped of there right to judge laws. Or least without putting such law “on Trial” with a jury. No judge should have this right.
And by golly the feds damn well mean to keep exclusive power to not regulate ILLEGAL ALIENS.
They should be free range, like little chickens or something...
.
Hazleton used to be a quiet, safe town. People left their doors open at night. There is no industry there any more. I can’t figure out what all the illegals go there for except for free handouts from the government.
Hello....I use to live in Berwick..few miles from Hazleton. Would shop there, worked as sales Rep. in Humpbolt Industrial Park. Large population of Italians at that time...you are right nice community..close to Poconos as well.
Have watched these developments thru the courts but I suspect they knew the only thing this would do was slow down the immigration from the magnet the community had become. They needed this time I think...to get their ducks in a row...I doubt this will be the end of it though..my understanding is the public is enraged over their immigration problems and all they have brought to the community...they’ll like try another approach.
Keep doing what your doing Hazelton. Its time to ignore the black robe tyrants.

That's right: another Clinton apointee, another "Judge of Color" voiding the Constitution, preventing We The People from maintaining our communities, and working hand-in-hand with the Mexican invaders to disposses us of our country, our rights and our traditional liberty.
