there are $shitloads of peoples who are willing to kill anyone for any reason out there. tis a staple of humanity, just like rape, robbery, drunkenness, and trying to hump teenage girls.
i think focusing too much of ones concern on the domestic sandflea problem is a waste of time. they dissolve and disperse into our corrosive culture like the other permutations of peoples have/are/will...
