Yes, Luther was a virulent anti-Semite. While he believed the scripture that tells us that salvation comes through faith in Jesus Christ, and that faith in the truth impacted the whole world, he failed to take God’s irrevocable promises towards the nation of Israel just as literally.

This was a grievous, bloody error on his part, one that is still being paid for today.

Isn’t it funny how what you believe can affect not just your own destiny, but the destiny of many generations yet to come?

But, I’m not sure I understand why you posted that to me. Was it to somehow show that Christians are just as bad as Muslims, or what?

Almost no Christian would stand by Luther’s comments, even if they were meant literally. Contrast that with Muslim behavior and belief.
