If Arnold charged the oil companies a royalty for each barrel of oil they pumped out of the offshore wells, California would have a budget surplus too.
Oh wait ... Arnold won’t LET them drill for oil there.
Oh well!
Arnold is living proof that a candidate who promises to be a fiscal conservative when running for office but is a liberal in his “private” life — pro-abortion, pro-homosexual agenda, pro-groping women in the street — will probably govern as a liberal, too.
And he sure did.
