Barack Hussein Obama (Soebarkah) struck from Stanley Ann's passport because he renounced his US citizenship in 1968. A 7-yr old cannot renounce his US citizenship. Nor can his parent renounce it for him.
This document perhaps satisfied the Indonesian authorities and law. But it would have no standing in the USA.

A person cannot renounce a citizenship that does not exist. Barry is not now, nor has he ever been an American citizen.
