the liberal dems I know only say “Bush is stupid” over and over..thats all..the rest of the dems i know are saying its time to vote all the old timers out and start over with new blood. when i moved here i was told i had to register Democrat to vote in local elections and primaries..still have not figured it out.
Where I live, you “have to register Republican”, for the most part, in order to have any say - especially in the primaries where elections are mostly settled.
(Kansas - whoever wins the primary for R Senator IS Senator)
I was a registered libertarian for a while, but wanted to vote in the primaries, and there wasn’t much to vote for as a libertarian.
i was told i had to register Democrat to vote in local elections and primaries..
