Oh, and Ive seen quite a few people living in low income neighborhoods driving nicer cars than I do. I've seen that too. Drive through "welfare" neighborhoods and see ratty houses and nice cars. I'm going to guess that part of it is that many of the "poor" are working off the books as well as collecting welfare.
