To: the_Watchman
Having lived through two presidential impeachments, I think you need two things to successfully impeach a president.

1) Proof of commission of high crimes or misdemeanors. We have that here.

2) An extremely unpopular president. After the crimes are revealed and proved, we will have this aspect also.

Maybe you mean just one (Clinton)? Nixon had articles of impeachment drawn up against him, but he resigned before the formal process could be set into motion by Congress.
