The real fun will begin with the repub take over of the house. Rep Issa will be running hearings and Holder is one of the key targets.
I remember the Whitewater, Chinese pay to play, Vince Foster, and Waco hearings.
I watched people on our side get gamed during those hearings. Attorneys, Congressmen, Senators, you could see the frustration as they were lied to and knew it.
The Democrats drug their feet. The Republican leadership didn’t want to make waves. Thompson and a few others in particular were flat out angry that they were getting stonewalled, and couldn’t get their own party’s support.
I watch Senator D’Amato cover up for the Clintons. Chelsea’s baby-sitter was coached by him from the chairman’s seat. The FBI testified about Waco and told flat out lies. They stated no shots were fired during the final resolution, and also stated no incendiaries were used on the site at all. Both these were proven to be false, and our illustrious leaders let them get away with it.
And then they file charges against Clemens for lying. What ass hat clowns.
The point is, nothing at all will happen. This hearing will follow in the tradition of other hearings, and watching will only result in Conservatives being driven crazy, because they’ll be better informed than the investigators.
Hope I’m wrong, but I’ve given up on these hearings. They’re a complete waste of time.
