This is a new TV spot from Walt Rogers, the Republican candidate for Iowa House District 20 in Black Hawk County. Linked to from The Bean Walker - Iowa's version of the Drudge Report.
Other than it looks like something awful happened to his head.... it’s a pretty typical “state” level ad. I woulda maybe changed the camera angle a little lower to his floor height, the down sharp focus did not help it at all.
