The bank are out of control, there is NO legal way to stop the banks saying that there will be a fee for any checking and/or saving account with a balance below $100,000.00.
market forces should work but cannot since controlled by gov.
My personal experience has shown me that BA was the absolute worst of any bank I had ever dealt with.
BA wanted to routinely and unapologetically kite my checks.
They broke new ground on usery, utimately charging a young and stupid relative over $800 for a single $11 overdraft. BA has less respectability than the worst Harlem loan shark or Miami money laundering syndicate.
They really are not a bank at all.
