How many of us who lean more toward the individualism/limited-government leg of conservatism EVER considered Bush to be a conservative? On this most important leg of conservatism, Bush/Rove was always a "moderate" at best. These were the guys behind TARP after all, which is about as pro-establishment/elitism as you can get. Screw Rove.
