Sounds like a plan. Tell you what, we will reconstitute the Confederate States and let the rest go their merry way. Maybe a country called Northeast will make a go of it - maybe not. The country called California will probably dissolve into a coastal gated neighborhood and the rest a new province of Mexico. There might be a country called Great Lakes, but I doubt it. Who in their right minds wants Detroit and Chicago?
