In 1979, Igor was in Saudia Arabia. He happened to show a photo of our 10 year-old daughter to one of his Saudi “friends.” Almost immediately, he was offered $10,000 for her. (In 1977, it was a lot of money!)

Neither of us knew Shariah Law, and neither of us knew the repercussions of accepting. However, both of us refused. She was too precious to be given away!

Since then, Islam has been one of my Pet Peeves.

We are at War with Islam. When are we going to shut down their forward bases called mosques? Imagine the Japanese having a protected spy stronghold in every city in America during WWII. Shut down their bases and internment? Heavy talk? I wish we had a crystal ball and we could see 50 or 100 years down the road. It's our responsibility for the generations yet unborn.
