Actually, though the endorsement was disingenuous, it actually did contribute to her win. It added immensely to the sense of momentum that O'Donnell was building. The rapid fire 1, 2, 3, of the Tea Party Express, Sarah Palin & Jim DeMint endorsements did great deal to strengthen the resolve of Christine's army of volunteers.

IMO these committee staff, aides and Congressional advisers/staff are a major problem. They write legislation, give summaries to their “bosses” probably skewed toward their bias (elected Congressmen in many cases don’t read anything but their staff written opinions) - in other words these unelected persons are running the legislative branch of government.

I'm sorry...Republican Senate AIDES? Is that what the article said? AIDES, can somebody define aides? These are people who volunteer, intern? People who are paid excessive dollars for their influence in various whatever? Or maybe they are paid excessive or no dollars for their fetching of coffee and shined shoes? Or we have a new political class which includes Aides. If so, I'd like someone to send me a new diagram, please.
