Term limits for ALL political offices and kick out ALL the bums, whichever party they are in. These political elites need to be reminded that they are public SERVANTS, they are not the masters. Constitution states “We the People...”

I had a discussion with a liberal the other day (always a mistake). He complained about the tea party extremists, and that the Republicans should be electing moderates.
I said, “Here are your definitions - anyone who wants to increase government regulation, government spending, and taxes, and increasingly intrude on our individual freedom is considered mainstream. Anyone who wants to cut spending, regulation and taxes is an extremist, and a moderate is someone who wants to increase spending, taxes and regulation, but not as much as the mainstream.
He seems to think that just because someone draws a paycheck from the taxpayers, he is wiser, smarter, and more virtuous than anyone who does not draw a paycheck from the taxpayers.
It was last year’s Rick Santelli’s “rant heard around the world” that was the spark that lit the fire of what’s become the tea party movement.
