“California Pays Illegal Alien $4.5 Million to Molest
Children”
Got a link for this? I read the story and couldn’t find where they paid him (4.5 mil no less) to molest kids.

That's why every crime victim should file a civil suit against the perp.

So let's see....this guy seduced a six year old....goes to jail....beat up....sues state and wins 4 million (plus) dollars and we wonder why this America is going down the tubes????? REALLY???? This seems pretty reasonable on why we are screwed forever.
To: count-your-change
Exactly. Even if the perp has nothing of value, you can attach a lien to any court ordered or awards.

The judicial branch has brought tyranny on this nation. Judges and lawyers must be held to the same liability standards the rest of us are.

I've said it many times before; bring back lynching....posses of citizens to police their neighborhoods, and to hell with ambulance-chasers.....let any repeat offender represented by a lawyer and released and commits a murder, then have the lawyer lynched for having put the criminal back on the streets, too. It's totally out of hand, now.

Prior to the beating, he was reported to have had the intellect of an illegal alien child molester. So it’s not all bad.
For his efforts, Ramirez was awarded $3.75 million, plus an additional $900,000 in medical expenses.

If the community doesn’t execute the lawyers and seize this bastard’s assets then every single one of them is just as guilty.
It’s gotten to the point where I consider 99% of all adult human beings to be worthless scum. Pretty much everyone is a criminal or a coward.

Maybe not, but still I’d be glad to keep the perp from getting anything.

"If the community doesnt execute the lawyers and seize this bastards assets"It's gotten to where the "OJ JURIES" award millions and sometimes billions on class actions, and in criminal cases the juries get hand-selected to sympathize with the criminal (and make social statements with their verdicts). Lawyers need to be put at risk for the outcome of their actions. As it is, this "Officer of the Court" crap allows them to file frivolous suits, enter plea bargains for obviously guilty criminals, and to sue the "State" (which is the Taxpayer with the deep pockets) to gain millions for himself. Lawyers are only one rung above the criminals now in the ladder of worthlessness.

Exactly so. Grab everything he has, junk car, paycheck, grab the the change in his pocket. With interest it could go on a lifetime.

Terrible!! Besides what does someone that “has the intellect of a 4-year old” need with 4.5 million?

I was once surveying the sprinkler system in a jail and when we got to the “lawyer meeting area” my escort pulled me to the side and basically said “you know, if you have to make the choice, don't think the all guys behind bars are garbage. Some of them are innocent but ALL the lawyers are scumbags. Let ‘em burn instead”
