Last year’s taxes was the first time in over 13 years of working (since I was a teen) that I actually owed money. And guess what I am way below the 50,000 a year mark alone. Thanks Obama you saved me 13 a week but I had to pay it back. Good job. Maybe I should start making babies instead......kidding of course I wouldn’t want to screw my seed over.
I am really worried about my daughter who is newly married and I know her tax bracket will go up about 12% and I would say her and her husband make aroung 50 to 60K not exactly sure but they will also get the marriage penalty which will be reinstated come 2011. I really wish the Republicans would push the fact that the tax cuts were not just for the rich but anyone who paid taxes. I guess it really doesnt matter at this point but wish they would have made them permanent this way the dems would have to raise them instead they are now calling the tax cuts for unde 250K Obamas tax cuts for the middle class if they get extended-The republicans need to learn how to play harder ball afterall they are dealing with professional liars
