How do I ask this without being accused of being a Nazi? Why is Mein Kampf and Das Kapital available but this guy’s books are banned? I have no desire to read them but I am really curious. Are his writings more inflammatory then Hitler’s?

Well his books and Hitler's books are banned in places like Austria and Germany, which do not have a first ammendment.

Here in the USA we don't ban books, so they are not banned. A quick Amazon search yeilds a long list of his books for sale, many are new and still in print.
