The Maui News initially published a story on the teachers. Note that the teachers say in the article that "Her supervising teacher was Kazuko Sakai, the primary educator for about 25 students in a kindergarten class that included a boy named Barack "Barry" Obama." You can clearly see the writing "Miss Sakai" on the bottom right of the photo.
Also, I don't think there were that many black kindergartners in Hawaii in 1966, but I could be wrong.

Before I accept the testimony of those teachers, I want to see how well they remember the other kids in the class.
Seems just a little too pat to me.
Maybe there was only one black kindergartener there in 1966, but that doesn’t establish that it was the Bamtard.
