The sooner people stop worrying about “eligibility” and start pursuing “fraud” ...as in the DNC raising 650 million for a “fraudulently” certified candidate, the sooner we’ll eventually all see a birth certificate.
The law for fraud doesn’t need definition, nor is it pioneering legal theory and activity.

The courts can demand he put out if enough money files claims for fraud.

It has surprised me that no prosecuting attorney has pursued a Grand Jury investigation for fraud which would allow subpoenas of documents and compel witnesses to testify under oath.

Watergate had a grand jury; Iran-Contra had a grand jury; Whitewater had a grand jury; CIA leaks-Valerie Plame had a grand jury. Why no Obama eligibility grand jury in a state with a conservative state Attorney General?
