To you and I, I agree it does. If we saw a polar bear next to it though, it’s my take it would be very obvious to us this wasn’t one.

The neck is a big give-away. The legs are also a pretty big tell. Polar bears have wide paws, not pointy hoves. I would also point out that a polar bear’s head would rest on it’s chin, and be quite distinctive.

It is a dead dog or cat that fell off a boat. I watched a city worker remove a dead cat that washed ashore at the beach in San Diego. The cat was bloated up to the size of a pig. Fish started feeding at the extremites. The head looked like something from outer space. The animal in the picture does not have the hump on the back which is common to all Polar Bears and Grizzlies.
