A senior administration official who read the book says "the President comes across in the review and throughout the decision-making process as a Commander in Chief who is analytical, strategic, and decisive, with a broad view of history, national security, and his role."

The leaked details are both juicy and devastating. I would hold my fire for a bit though, given the current state of this author’s credibility. At least until we find out who he interviewed, and whether they were in a coma at the time.

I’m suprised the Obama people let this guy anywhere near the West Wing.

If the White House feels a need to react this quickly to a book that isn’t even out yet (even the first reviews are just being published today), it’s safe to say they’re worried.
Which means I’m suddenly very interested in Woodward’s book ....
To: Oldeconomybuyer
I don’t care if Woodward is writing about Obama... Woodward writes crap.

I cannot wait until we see all of this stuff refuted by someone else. Woodward is part of the Obama disinformation campaign and this was timed to get out right before the November election for a reason.
Woodward’s book is complete garbage.

Wait until the mass book release comes out about Obama and his lack of credentials for qualifying to be elected, who covered it up and who is the ultimate little voice in Obamas head.

Unlike when woodward wrote his book on Bush... abc and stuffoneupyourbutticus were in full spin cycle protecting obama. We need to pass a Federal TRUTH in News law... one must have a warning that the content is for entertainment purposes only if the news outlet deviates from the truth.

Obama is surrendering in Afghanistan. He doesn’t care about the terror attacks that will happen against us because of that because “WE CAN ABSORB IT”!
Obama rejected everything that the generals told him, then cam up with a 6 plan surrender plan of his own.
