Unless I'm mistaken, the theft of bondholder assets transfered to the UAW occurred in the Chrysler bankruptcy bailout rather than the GM bailout.

No, it was GM. The UAW had no ownership stake in GM prior to Obama’s nationalization of the company. Obama’s plan gave cents on the dollar to existing GM bondholders while handing a large ownership stake to the UAW.
