Boehner was really serious about reducing our dependence on foreign Oil, he'd support efforts to upgrade our passenger-rail infrastructure which is much more energy efficient than either airline or highway travel.

If rail travel were more efficient, it would be cheaper. Which it is not.

What is needed is the removal of government impediments to energy development, not more government distortions of the market.

"Cheaper" and "most efficient" are not the same thing.
