They will get in trouble with the gay/lesbian activists. They canceled her because of the “I Kissed A Girl” song? This will offend the sensibilities of the GLBT community. This may not be the end of this subject. The activists will say “what’s wrong with a girl kissing a girl” and go down that road as part of pushing their agenda.

Only a neanderthal reactionary would use such an exclusionary, marginalizing term as GLBT. Enlightened people realize that the correct term is LGBTSTGNC.

Actually, the song pretty much offends the GLBT community because it’s not really supportive of that lifestyle at all.

Katy has admitted that she wrote it just to seem edgy, cool and controversial as she was becoming popular.

Lots of her music appears to be written “for effect” if you will.
