Having a majority in the Senate without having working majority does nothing but give RINOs powerful committee chairmanships. However, the election is still 5 1/2 weeks away and anything could happen.

A Republican majority — even one with five or six self-admitted “moderates” — would make Jeff Sessions chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee. What’s not to like about that?
(Or would you prefer that Pat “Leaky” Leahy remain as chairman of Judiciary and be in a position to see that Obama’s terrible judicial nominations get approved?)
