Those things are just the risks of “equality” and we will have to put huge amounts of resources into mitigating those effects in situ. The military will become an AIDS clinic first and a fighting force second.
The German experience came to mind when this got hot again. I had always heard that the hiking clubs were butch homosexual then i read Pink Swastika the first time it came up on FR. I sure hope we are not heading down that path.
Reinstate her - then immediately arrest and charge her under the same articles of the UCMJ as would apply to a heterosexual service member. Should be good for a couple of years in Leavenworth, along with a Dishonorable Discharge instead of a General.
I agree -she is scum not worthy to be an officer let alone a member of our few and proud military forces...
I agree -the court is flaky and delusional. Carrying their decision to its ultimate conclusion, military service would be a right, the military could unionize, following orders would be optional, and military strategy would involve bargaining and contracts... The decision is idiotic and unprecedented not only in reach but in denial of a vast wealth of precedence that came before it...
This court, as all kangaroo leftist courts recently, assumes there are homosexual people -where is that proven!!!! Why no objections to that -I would think that alone would get all cases dismissed with no standing. Could you imagine someone claiming they were a green colored minority even though no one could tell by looking at them? NO! --what we see here is discrimination of an activity and NOT people...

She was having a sexual affair with the wife of another member of the military and the husband turned her in. She may regret fighting this battle since she could be proisecuted under the UCMJ for adultery and receive a dishonorable discharge and lose all benefits available to vets.

I think that path is in their insane, occult, nature. Maybe a result of excessive inbreeding in the days of the Roman Empire or before.
Observe that even Charles Darwin married his 1st cousin with the idea of "pure blood" embedded in his mind. The results were less than optimal fitness.
How can a judge have any jurisdiction over the military?
