The gays that I know all take prescription drugs for depression and drink heavily. They all seem to be emotional train wrecks to me and they live dangerously.
There was one guy that my brother knew that I never saw smile. He was suicidal. I used to try to tease him into smiling but he never smiled. Ever.
There were 2 that were happy-go-lucky., Dave and Ronnie, very sunny personalities. But they were the exception rather than the rule.
