In Case You Hadn't Already Realized (33 out of 192 UN countries walked out on Ahamadinejad's speech)
American Thinker ^ | 09/25/2010 | Richard N. Weltz

When Iran's Ahmadinejad started throwing out crazy accusations from the UN General Assembly's podium, claiming that the United States government had organized the September 11 attacks, members of the US delegation stood up and walked out.

So also did the delegations of what the NY Times pegs at about 33 nations. That's thirty-three countries whose leaders refused to listed to the anti-American ravings of the Iranian lunatic. Nice. You could probably name all thirty-three countries pretty close to correctly just off the back of your hand.

But, wait. There are 192 member nations of the UN -- every one of whose delegations sat and listened except for the approximately 33 who stood by us (and the Israelis, who were absent due to the Jewish holiday of Succos).

Any wonder why the UN is so reliably ready to stand against us and to condemn Israel with monotonous regularity? The real wonder is why we stay in that nefarious organization and why we host it in our most prominent city.

Let’s put our money where our mouth is. No aid to any country who expresses or supports the expression of a belief that the United States was in any way responsible for 9/11.

"The only interest they have in the USA is what they can bleed out of us."

Spot on. I will never visit Mexico or spend one cent there. The two go together I suppose.

I noticed no Latin country south of our boarder other than Costa Rica walked out as much as my and your tax money without we the people’s permission is thrown at them so the rich political thieves can get richer in these countries.

I want my tax money to stay in our country. Period.

Let the rest of the world sink or swim...It’s not my problem. And we will be taking care of our own crooked politicians soon.

BRING BACK THE GILLOTINE!!!!

Who will be Madame Defarge in the Tale of Two Worlds?

I will gladly fill in if there are no takers. I would first need to learn how to knit.

By the way, when we bought every square inch of Panamanian soil from the Panamanians after we helped separate Panama from Colombia (the payment settlements took many, many years), Costa Rica wanted to become a U.S. state. She was turned down. Big mistake.

Wish those countries would follow up with withdrawing their financial support to the UN. Leave it all up to the other countries. And move the damned HQ to Riyadh. Leave the empty UN building in NY as a testament to it as a latter day Tower of Babel.

“...as a testament to it as a latter day Tower of Babel.”

Then we will sell it on eBay.

don´t forget USA number one “ally” saudi arabia (where most of the 9/11 terrorists including bin laden have come from).
and there are the palestinians (you know the people who have danced in the street when the twin towers came down)
did you know that the US and the EU together yearly pay about 1 billion in aid for them.

“did you know that the US and the EU together yearly pay about 1 billion in aid for them.”

Did you know that we the people, the taxpayers, without our consent, in both countries, yearly pay about 1 billion in aid for them.

There. Fixed it.

“No aid to any country who expresses or supports the expression of a belief that the United States was in any way responsible for 9/11.”

And, while we’re at it, we can send all “Americans” who believe the US was responsible to one of the countries that holds that belief, say, Iran. One-way tickets, of course, with no possibility of returning to the USA. Ever.

Never considered Mexico and Russia as friends of the US. Russia wasn’t even when it was an “ally” in WWII. As far as it was concerned, WWII was its Great Patriotic War against Germany. That’s why it insisted that it take Berlin. Please excuse the digression.
