Only Latin American country that joined the walkout was Costa Rica. I'm rather surprised that Columbia and Chile stuck around.

Also interesting that India, Thailand, and the Philippines stayed to listen as well.

Typical is more like it. The only interest they have in the USA is what they can bleed out of us. And we fall for it every time. Mexico has consistently voted against us in the UN.
