Yet he was deemed OK by CPS all those years? Isn’t this the same case? They came to check up on the children and didn’t know he even had her hidden in the back yard?

Now see... IMO,someone who pleads “insanity” because they raped and murdered someone is even more reason to give them the death penalty... right there... in the face... with a large caliber round. If he’s so crazy that he doesn’t know that killing and raping are bad things, he is crazy enough not to care about his own life.
