Great idea. Right on the verge of a big victory, split off and try to cause more division! Brilliant strategy. Amazing how the Republicans are the party with infighting now while the Dems, facing a big mess, still are managing somehow to stick together.
Establishment Republicans (RINO’s) are nothing more than the Blue Dog Progressives that could not go as far left as the Democrats have. The Progressive goals remain the same and if dolts like McKinnon do a little reading as to what happened to Progressives in the late teens of the last century, they would get a clue and melt into the background if they ever want another chance to fool well meaning voters back again.
The biggest problem they have is fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. The general voting public is starting to get it and they don’t like what they see in the mirror when wondering how we got here.
If they think this cycle is bad, just wait for 2012. We The People have taken the mantle and are tuned in like never before. Add to it the gridlock and finger pointing coming for the next two years and We The People will make further changes all around to fix the problem for a long time to come.
“Amazing how the Republicans are the party with infighting now....”
The GOP isn’t called the Stupid Party for nothing. It routinely snatches defeat from the jaws of victory, and that is because it allows RINOs to call the shots and set the agenda. Paraphrasing what a wise man once said, no party can survive by trying to be inoffensive to its enemies.
