The way the bill was written there is no 'exclusion' provision. IOW if one part of the bill is found to be UNCONSTITUTIONAL the whole bill is busted. That is the approach that must be taken..in the courts to declare for example that mandatory purchase of insurance by all citizens is unconstitutional.
Thanks, I didn't know that. I've been under the impression that if you find one section unconstitutional the remaining parts are still law.
I'm still of the mind this should be a multi pronged attack. Sue in the courts to overturn it, defund all provisions in it, and keep attaching repeal legislation to every bill funding our over burdensome govt.
