Absolutely! We need citizens to get involved in this like they did in TX.

Yes, we do. But how? It helps to bring these things to light, but we really need a massive movement to stop the fraud.

would I be correct? if not, please advise. most polling (voting observances) those issuing the ballots are of the party who controls the legislature and/or governor’s office in that state?

I don’t know how and don’t know a thing about voter registration laws or checking the validity of registrants.

I do think what these people did in TX is the way to go about it, check for voter registration fraud. Other states like my state of WA have vote by mail and I would think that’s about the only way to go after fraud.
