Thier purview is to repeal the complete law. To try and do it piecemeal it a waste of time because they do not control the Congress. They have tried one some issues and have gotten nowhere. Now they eill try to win a mojority and the try a complete repeal. I forgive none of the pubs for padt misdeeds. This was not a misdeed that they did.
