Obama Omits the Creator. Again.
Creative Minority Report ^ | Sept 27, 2010 | Creative Minority Report

Well, for all those who said it was just a slip of the tongue last time or that his speechwriters were to blame, Obama just made sure you knew that he meant it the first time. Yup. President Obama just omitted God again from the Declaration of Independence.

As Weasel Zippers said, "No denying it now."

But while I take notice of what he doesn't say, what he does say irks me a bit too. Check it out. CNS reports:

Just seven days after he sparked controversy by omitting the word “Creator” when he closely paraphrased the passage from the Declaration of Independence that says all men “are endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable rights,” President Barack Obama again omitted the Creator when speaking about the “inalienable rights” that “everybody is endowed with.”

This time the president was speaking at a Sept. 22 fundraiser for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) and the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC) at the Roosevelt Hotel in New York City, and his reference to “inalienable rights” was not as close a paraphrasing of the Declaration as it had been the week before.

“And what was sustaining us was that sense that, that North Star, that sense that, you know what, if we stay true to our values, if we believe that all people are created equal and everybody is endowed with certain inalienable rights and we’re going to make those words live, and we’re going to give everybody opportunity, everybody a ladder into the middle class, every child able to go as far as their dreams will take them–if we stay true to that, then we’re going to be able to maintain the energy and the focus, the fight, the gumption to get stuff done,” Obama said at the DCCC/DSCC event, according to the transcript posted by the White House. Kinda' weird for a practicing Christian like him to make such an error twice, huh? One would almost start thinking he was doing it on purpose.

Once you omit the Creator from a discussion about rights the rights are immediately quite alienable. They become merely common beliefs which can change over time.

But for Obama to say that the Declaration of Independence is there to give everyone "a ladder" into the middle class. That's a pretty fundamental misunderstanding of rights if you ask me. And from a President that's pretty scary.

*** If he intentionally means what you say he means, and the words have EXACTLY the subtle difference that you state, then indeed, he intends to “obtain” our consent to relinquish those rights. ***

Yes, IMO his 'intentions' are for an eventual 'takeover' and *with our consent* (Change you better believe in). And while I personally don't think Obama is all that smart, as in average to low IQ. I do know he's a dedicated Marxist (along with his speech-writers) and what he says about America, our Founders and the Founding Documents, isn't by 'accident'. Especially considering he's supposed to be an 'expert' (/s).

So no it's on purpose. Repeat a lie often or long enough and pretty soon it becomes 'fact'.

He is pulling a similar 'word trick' with the Bill of Rights and the 2A on the White House website. Some link clinking at the bottom of the home page is required.

*** A similar “word flag” is their new use of “freedom of WORSHIP” instead of freedom of RELIGION.***

Exactly. I was going to reference that too. 'Freedom of WORSHIP' was in the USSR's commie constitution. But time is short for me now so I omitted that.

Leave it alone till after November.

Leave it alone? . . .because it is a religious issue? This just shows you how the strategy of the Left to repeat the BIG LIE eventually seeps into the minds of those who should know better. NO, WE DON'T "LEAVE IT ALONE"!!!. . .and it has nothing to do with "religion" and everything to do with the "self evident truths" upon which our freedom and our rights are established.

By dropping "the Creator". . .Obama is assaulting the sacred proposition that the existence of God, for Americans, is a self evident truth and the basis of our rights and our freedom. Because they are endowed us by God, they are unassailable by the "powers of the earth."

If we remain silent. . .if we don't respond early and often. . .we reinforce the idea that God is irrelevant to our modern society. . .and that means only government is relevant. . . .Remain silent and be enslaved!

You are correct. I pointed that out the last time he did this.

One cannot be taken or given away.

The other can.

He is not mincing words here, he is counting on people being ignorant.

Obama is a pathological narcissist. Through every indication, he truly believes he IS God.

For him to acknowledge the Creator would only set up a dualism that would nullify his arrogant fantasies.

I think a Muslim would be glad to say “Creator,” even the crazy terrorists freaks.

No, this is a guy raised by an atheist and her parents who never took him to church, who suddenly discovered the Christian religion about the time it would help him get street cred on the South Side of Chicago.

Whether he really believes he’s a Christian, believes in a creator or what I don’t know, but even if he told the truth about becoming a Christian in some way, his worldview is totally secular liberation theology garbage.
