ISLAMABAD — Eight Germans and two British brothers are at the heart of an al-Qaida-linked terror plot against European cities, but the plan is still in its early stages, with the suspects calling acquaintances in Europe to plan logistics, a Pakistani intelligence official said Thursday. One of the Britons died in a recent CIA missile strike, he said.

What a deceptive headline. An accurate one would be “Ten Muslims Behind Terror Plot.”

You could save paper and just print one edition a year that says “Muslims Behind Every Terror Plot”.

And how long before Muslims come up with Plan B: Threaten to bomb Europe/Britain unless the US stops attacking Al Qaeda/Pakistan terrorist sites, and in fact, gets out of Iraq and Afghanistan altogether. You can bet Obama would be more than eager to do a deal. Well, he doesn’t ‘like’ war, doesn’t believe this country’s values are worth defending and wouldn’t know how to tell the truth if it walked up and bit him in the ankle.

When discussing the ongoing conflict you can no longer identify participants by their nationality. Identifying people by the citizenship is only applicable when discussing traditional conflicts.
The current irregular war being fought world wide transcends national identities. Since it has been based on a very narrow religious philosophy its combatants must be identified by their religious affiliation.
