Perhaps if these two are convicted and punished appropriately it would send a message to others who would even think about doing these things. We live with gotcha journalism and voyeuristic media shows so prevalent that young people think nothing of imitating same.
Sadly it sounds a little like what appears to be the plot of the movie “The Virginity Hit” which is about to be released in theaters if not already out.
If what they did was illegal, they should be punished. However, they should not be blamed for this kid’s mental illness and it’s result. This kid had mental problems long before he met his insensitive roommate.
Soon gay activists will be blaming anyone who does not celebrate their sex as responsible for the self destructive behaviors and mental illness of gay people. It is overkill to blame the co-eds for his mental illness. Political correctness gone wild.
