Ive attended dozens of Ann Coulter speeches over the years. Theyve been on college campuses, donor events, and conferences with thousands and thousands of people. Its a common occurrence for reporters to lie about the event in order to suit their narrative and image of Coulter. But, after reading about an event this past weekend I felt like I was in an episode of The Twilight Zone.
I was fortunate to be a guest of Coulters at a New York City cocktail party where she gave a short speech and did Q & A with GOProud, a group of conservative-minded gays. Unsurprisingly, Coulter stuck to her principles by defending traditional marriage between one man and one woman. They were completely charmed and loved every minute of the repartee. Whats a reporter to make of a crowded room of open-minded conservatives with Ann Coulter at the helm? Lie, of course!

If GOProud, the Pink Pistols, and other gays want to side with conservatives, more power to them. Apparently gays swinging from ropes in muslim countries don’t impress them. I welcome our new....errrr....brothers to the cause.
Homosexuality and conservatism are two ideas that are incompatible.
their whole agenda is for the homosexual agenda.
marriage, adoption, don’t ask etc.
This group are the log cabins, Dems and libs who are trying to infiltrate the republican party and water down opposition
WRONG
Homosexuality is genetic
The CHOICE of promoting it SIMULTANEOUSLY with a leftist agenda and prmoton/recruitment of children is incompatible with conservatism.
Anyone else is welcome

This ain’t activism.
Homosexuality is a choice, you are born heterosexual, I don’t care what anyone tells you.
We heard you the first time.
I do like her call for the homosexuals to leave off of pushing for marriage for themselves, and instead, call for heterosexuals to take marriage more seriously. So many of our social ills would be solved, if that were to come about.
Nah. You've been surrounded by homosexuals all your life, they date back to the first written word. What we don't want is the "in your face" types running around now. It's was called "The love that can't be spoken of" by smarter people than me.....for a reason. They also happen to be looking for a new home, swinging from ropes isn't in their plans.
You forgot the sarc tag after ‘genetic’.
If that were the case, it would have been bred out of existence long ago. It probably has many causes, including being a choice for some people, but I suspect that in a lot of cases, it is a birth defect. Yep, I said it, a BIRTH DEFECT that we should seek to CURE.
I wonder what he meant by that?
This is the stupidest thing I've ever read on Free Republic.
Go take your meds, and stop playing with daddy's computer.
I do’t want to get into a pising match with ffreepers but go to a gay rally and take a close look- then tell me it is NOT genetic.
I am 100% convinced, after one rally I saw
I KNOW there is some ‘choice’ too, but for the most part I dont think so
Me and my wife have come to the conclusion that if people want to be gay let them. Not that I support them, but I mean there are alot more pressing issues in this country at this time... And I welcome them...
There is no evidence to support that statement, though many have tried to find it. Most researchers reckon that there are psychological events that happen early in life which cause some to skew to a homosexual orientation. But they still have the choice whether or not to take part in homosexual activity.
It is true. Iamcenny is right. Homosexuality is incompatible with being conservative.
There isn't a shred of proof or credible evidence that is true while there is overwhelming evidence that homosexuality is environmentally caused.
The idea homosexuality is genetic is just another lie, like global warming, leftists have created to advance their agenda.
