Yes, he was wearing a Utilikilt. It’s mostly a West Coast thing, you probably wouldn’t understand. I know I don’t. We went by their main store in Seattle, on Pioneer Square, a couple years ago during a double decker bus tour of the city, and saw some guys milling around wearing them.

Then again, this guy probably has big brass balls the size of baseballs, and needs the kilt since pants don’t work for him!
