A bit of a broad brush,...
+++++++++++++++++++++++

Bit of a broad brush? Really? So?...What in the following is not true? Please remember that this applies to all government schooling and is NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT directed at any individual personally.

**All government schools are socialist-funded. That means the government can and will take armed police action if a citizen seriously resists pay school taxes. Children who attend these socialist-funded schools learn to be comfortable with the government providing socialist social services. Well?...If the government can take money from a neighbor to pay for a social service that their parents want for tuition-free, why not a thousand other social wants and needs?

Is teaching children to be comfortable with socialism evil or not?

The New Deal, The Great Society, and Hope and Change was an accident. Socialist-model government schools made it inevitable.

All government schools in this nation are godless! Children who attend these godless schools learn to think godlessly. And...It continues after school with homework and school assignments. Is teaching a child to do this evil or not?

All government schools in this nation are compulsory. That means unless a parent can ransom a child by providing home or private schooling he MUST ( under the threat of armed police action) attend! Personally, I call the extra money needed for ransom “Jizya”. Is it evil or not to teach children to be comfortable with government compulsion?

Most government schools in this nation are government owned and run. ( Yes, there are a very small number of charters that are more fascist than pure socialist.) Children who attend become comfortable with government ownership and management of their very lives, soon there will be Death Panels. So?...Is it evil or not to teach children to be comfort with government ownership and management of their lives.

I report. You decide.

Let me just ask what state you’re in, and comment that from what I can see, you’ve not spent all that much time in a public school lately. I’ve mostly worked in a high school the past few months, and I’m not seeing much of anyone trying to make kids “comfortable” with socialism. Even if they were trying, however, the truism that familiarity breeds contempt seems to be true. Of course, maybe it’s just Oklahoma, although I doubt that. I wasn’t seeing that much in middle or elementary schools, either, over the past few years. Not even among the special ed kids.
