I had to think this one out...The only reason why these union pukes trashed the site to help their fellow union brothers get their jobs...If the astroturfers did clean up after themselves than the Ground Maintenance workers would have to file a grievance against them. One type of union employee cannot do the work of another union employee.

If you think I am joking, I am not, I supervised three different type of Union workers on one job and this is exactly how they operated.

Yes, “work” itself is very compartmentalized, organized, and strict rules apply as to who may do what, when, and how. The cleanup folks might have even gotten some overtime out of the job.
