1. He's a Democrat, which translates as 'handouts'.
2. He's black.
No other reasons, especially those that are logical or moral, apply.
Enhanced melanin content in the skin does not cause someone to want handouts from others.
That kind of attitude has to be taught, culturally.
I think that 0bama would have essentially the same ratings among Blacks if he did a 180 and adopted Reagan like policies. In fact before the 2008 election there was a journalist that falsely told ignorant Black voters that 0bama took conservative positions and then asked them if they supported 0bama and his policy positions. Of course, they supported 0bama.
